It can be hard to find recipes when you have more than one dietary requirement. As a gluten free, low FODMAP pescetarian/vegetarian, I know this as well as anyone. Which is why I wanted to write today’s roundup: vegan gluten free dessert recipes (that happen to be low FODMAP). There’s something for all tastes and I aim to include as many dietaries as I can.
Vegan gluten free dessert recipes
These dessert recipes are all gluten free and vegan (obviously). However, they are also mostly low FODMAP and either nut free or include a nut free option. Most more niche dietary requirements are also catered to: soy free, corn free and xanthan gum free, to name a few. I aim to include as many substitutions in each recipe for everything I post, sweet or savoury.

I know a lot of people can’t have yeast so I developed this recipe with those people in mind. With that said, these vegan gluten free cinnamon rolls are also just a great quick recipe. Because they don’t contain yeast, there’s no need to proof them. Simply mix, assemble, bake and eat.
Vegan gluten free chocolate cake
This vegan gluten free chocolate cake is rich, decadent and easy to make. It is nut free, xanthan gum free and contains a simple mix of two gluten free flours (white rice flour and tapioca flour). If you can’t have either of these flours, there’s a 100% buckwheat chocolate cake in my buckwheat e-book.

Hedgehog slice (and vegan gluten free Graham crackers)
We all love a Hedgehog slice and this one is equally as good as the others you remember. It has the option to use store bought or homemade Graham crackers. The gluten free vegan Graham cracker recipe can be found here. I also have a recipe for vegan sweetened condensed milk.

This vegan gluten free banana bread is a delicious and easy way to use up those ripe bananas on the bench. Obnoxious slathering of melted chocolate optional but recommended.
Flourless vegan tahini cookies
These flourless vegan tahini cookies are one of my favourite recipes to date. They taste like they require so much more effort than they do, which is always a win in my eyes. They are nut free, refined sugar free and grain free. A simple mix of tahini, maple syrup and baking powder is all that’s required!
Flourless vegan peanut butter cookies
If you can’t have sesame seeds or prefer peanut butter, look no further. These peanut butter cookies are the cousin of my aforementioned tahini cookies. Instead of tahini, they use natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky).

On the topic of peanut butter: these chewy peanut butter bars are the perfect fridge snack. They are sweetened with unrefined maple syrup or rice malt. Better yet? They use cacao butter, so no coconut oil in sight.
