I thought I’d offer you a (very brief) reprieve I thought I’d offer you a (very brief) reprieve from kitten content with this gluten free lemon drizzle cake. It’s nut free, xanthan gum free and contains only one gluten free flour (no blends!) The recipe is live and linked in my bio.
When life gives you a tree of ‘baby nectarines’ (that turns out to be a tree of ‘adult cherries’) you make a pavlova. This one is adorned with a zingy lactose free raspberry curd and fresh cherries - the recipe is linked in my bio.

I made the eggplant involtini from my cookbook (wh I made the eggplant involtini from my cookbook (which is now out in the US and Canada!) with tofu instead of  ricotta to make it elimination diet friendly.
