It’s hard enough to cater to one dietary requirement, let alone multiple at once. With that in mind, I wanted to share this roundup of gluten dairy soy free recipes today. It contains everything from gluten free breads and breakfasts to snacks and desserts. My hope is that you find some recipes you love that work for your dietary requirements.
Gluten dairy soy free recipes
These recipes are all gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Many of them are egg free, nut free, vegan and xanthan gum free. Most of my recipes are also low FODMAP, as I personally eat a lower FODMAP diet. When developing a recipe, I try to include as many dietary needs as I can. I know exactly what it’s like to miss out.
I have divided the roundup into sections, starting with breads and breakfasts and ending with desserts. If there is ever a recipe you really want to see, let me know in the comments and I will do my best to develop it.

Gluten dairy soy free bread recipes
Gluten free buckwheat bread
Yeah yeah, I am starting a recipe roundup with this buckwheat bread again. I can’t help it – it’s my favourite gluten free bread. This recipe is xanthan gum free, nut free, egg free and low FODMAP in addition to being gluten, dairy and soy free as well.
Gluten free soft pretzels without yeast
It took me a long time to master yeast free gluten free breads, so now that I have a recipe nailed there are a number of new recipes to share. This easy recipe for gluten free soft pretzels is yeast free, xanthan gum free and nut free. It is, of course, gluten free. If you use the coconut yoghurt option, the pretzels are both dairy free and soy free as well.
Gluten free bread without yeast or xanthan gum
Yeast free diets seem to pop up more and more frequently in my Instagram comments. The need for gluten free, yeast free and egg free bread recipes was actually what sparked my interest in developing these recipes. This bread recipe uses a simple combination of white rice flour and tapioca flour to achieve a soft, fluffy white bread style crumb. I also have a buckwheat bread without yeast if you would prefer a buckwheat option.
Gluten free wraps
A good gluten free wrap that is flexible and pliable is hard to come by. Well, the search is over! These wraps are xanthan gum free, nut free, Low FODMAP and gluten free. Using coconut yoghurt, they are also dairy free and soy free. If you would prefer a more wholegrain option, I also have recipes for buckwheat wraps, quinoa wraps and teff wraps.
Gluten free seeded bread
This gluten free seeded bread recipe is probably the most akin to traditional bread that I have ever developed. It is fluffy and light but not too white bread style and is dotted with delicious seeds (of your choice). The bread is naturally dairy free, egg free, soy free, xanthan gum free and nut free. The seed choice is customisable so you can use what works for you.
Gluten dairy soy free breakfast recipes
Gluten free porridge without oats
What is a breakfast section without a good porridge recipe? This number uses rice flakes instead of oats, which aren’t considered gluten free in Australia. Be sure to use a plant based butter without soy and a soy free alternative milk.
For the butter, check that it doesn’t use soy lecithin (Nuttelex Buttery uses sunflower lecithin at the time of writing and in Australia). In terms of the milk, my top picks are macadamia, rice or coconut. Using these substitutes, the porridge is also dairy and soy free.
Gluten free granola (low FODMAP option)
Sometimes, you just need a big bowl of granola and some fruit. This recipe is another oat free recipe, as oats are not considered gluten free in Australia (where I live). Serve the granola with a dairy free, soy free plant milk of choice to ensure it remains friendly to those diets. If you are also on a low FODMAP diet, see my low FODMAP recipe here.
Gluten free granola bars (low FODMAP option)
Granola, but for the road. These easy granola bars are chewy, jam packed with nuts and oat free. They are naturally gluten free, dairy free and soy free. If you are on the low FODMAP diet, I have a recipe for low FODMAP granola bars as well.
Gluten free vegan fruit loaf with cinnamon swirl
Hot cross bun meets fruit toast meets a cinnamon roll, this gluten free vegan loaf has it all. A perfect breakfast with a dairy free butter, it is naturally gluten free and dairy free. Choose a soy free plant milk and butter to ensure it remains soy free.
Gluten free overnight oats
Sometimes there are fewer things more satisfying than knowing you have already got your breakfast ready to go. This gluten free, oat free recipe for overnight oats uses rice flakes, optional hemp seeds and chia seeds mixed with a yoghurt and milk of choice. For gluten free, dairy free and soy free purposes, choose coconut yoghurt and a milk like coconut, macadamia or rice milk.
Gluten dairy soy free snack recipes
High protein blended chocolate chia pudding
My new absolute favourite protein snack, this recipe tastes just like the Yogo of my youth (but protein charged). It is blended for a pudding like texture and has the added bonus of a high fibre content. Choose a plant based soy free milk (I recommend coconut or macadamia here) to keep it dairy and soy free.
Buckwheat muffins
These muffins are a bit of an all rounder, really. They use only light buckwheat flour – no starches or other gluten free flours. Yoghurt and milk make them fluffy and plush without the need for eggs. Make sure you use dairy free, soy milk milk and yoghurt to ensure these fit your dietaries.
Peanut butter cookies (3 ingredient)
I am as obsessed with this recipe as the day I published it. All you need is natural peanut butter, maple syrup and baking powder for a delicious and gorgeous cookie. If you have a peanut allergy or need to avoid peanuts, I have a tahini cookie and an almond butter cookie too.
Chocolate covered peanut butter bars
If I am to have a snack, I personally prefer it to be covered in chocolate. These peanut butter bars are dreamily chewy, easy to make and the perfect combination with some flaky salt on top. They are gluten free, vegan, soy free, dairy free (provided you use dairy free chocolate – I recommend Lindt 70% dark chocolate).
Gluten free vegan protein pancakes
Sometimes I like to whip up a batch of protein pancakes to keep in the fridge and intermittently snack on. This recipe is ideal for such an endeavour. I have tested a number of different vegan proteins in the recipe so you can easily use a soy free protein.
Gluten dairy soy free lunch recipes
Nam Khao (crispy rice salad)
This delicious crispy rice salad is a low FODMAP vegan take on the traditional Laotian version. If you can’t find a vegan shrimp paste without soy (they are generally miso based) you can use coconut aminos, vegan fish sauce or liquid aminos to taste.
Gluten free bagels without xanthan gum
Sometimes a bagel and fillings is the absolute perfect lunch. For those times, make these gluten free bagels. They are xanthan gum free, dairy free, soy free and easily vegan with an alternate egg wash.
Low FODMAP chilli oil noodles
For lunch in a hurry, it has to be these easy low FODMAP chilli oil noodles. I use store bought gluten free spaghetti for a quicker (and egg free) alternative to homemade gluten free egg noodles. Be sure to use liquid aminos or coconut aminos in place of Tamari for a soy free alternative. I recommend adding it to taste.
Roasted pumpkin salad with quinoa and pomegranate
Okay, so this recipe normally contains feta. However, it is so damn delicious and perfect for lunches that I had to include it. Jam packed with flavours and textures and with protein from the quinoa, it really does make a dreamy lunch. You can omit the feta or use a dairy free, soy free brand. Bio cheese brand is soy free in Australia at the time of writing.
Gluten free dairy free corn fritters
These corn fritters are quite the jack of all trades. They are gluten free, dairy free and soy free, of course. However, they also have a low FODMAP threshold, are xanthan gum and nut free, and can easily be made grain free by using cassava flour. Something for everyone!
Gluten dairy free soy dinner recipes
Low FODMAP jackfruit tacos
It can be tricky to know what to make for low FODMAP vegans on taco night. Even trickier, then, when they are also gluten, dairy and soy free! Jackfruit comes to the rescue here by creating a juicy meat-like texture that goes so well in tacos. I make my own gluten free tortillas, too.
Gluten free bao buns
These bao buns are one of my proudest recipes! They are so light and fluffy and perfectly sweet. Better yet, they are also xanthan gum free, egg free and dairy free with the right milk. I recommend macadamia milk or rice milk to keep them soy free, gluten free and low FODMAP. You can also make gluten free steamed buns with the same dough.
Low FODMAP vegan Thai green curry
Okay, so this photo has chunks of tofu (aka: soy). However, the curry sauce is so good that I couldn’t not include it. If you are not vegetarian, use fish or chicken in place of the tofu to make a delicious and protein packed dinner. If you are vegetarian, use a non-soy based tofu (like a chickpea tofu) or simply pack the curry with vegetables instead.
Low FODMAP gluten free minestrone (vegan)
I love a good brothy minestrone on a cold winter evening. This version is low FODMAP, gluten free, egg free and easy to make. Use chickpea miso (or omit the miso) to ensure this remains soy free. Double check your stock if you are using cubes, too.
Quinoa congee
This is a recipe on my paid Substack newsletter. I absolutely adore the flavour, love that it is high protein courtesy of the quinoa, and find it’s even better the next day. Use the broth option and add aminos or coconut aminos to taste to ensure it remains soy free.
Gluten free pizza bases
Pizza night is such an easy way to cater to multiple dietaries at once – provided you have the gluten free pizza bases down pat. Luckily we have it covered with these gluten free, xanthan gum free and vegan pizza bases. You can top the pizzas with my vegan macadamia mozzarella (which melts!) to keep the cheesiness dairy free and soy free. My low FODMAP pizza sauce recipe is also gluten dairy soy free.
Gluten dairy soy free dessert recipes
Gluten free vegan sticky date pudding
Sticky date pudding is a non negotiable for the winter months and this recipe ticks a number of boxes. It is gluten free, egg and dairy free, vegan, xanthan gum free, nut free AND low FODMAP. Make sure to use soy free plant milk and plant based butter to ensure it remains soy free, too.
Gluten free vegan chocolate cake
This is the chocolate cake you can bring to a party without worrying about dietaries. It is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan, xanthan gum free and nut free. As always, make sure you use soy free plant based milk in the cake and soy free plant based butter in the icing.
Gluten free vegan cinnamon rolls without yeast
Everyone needs a recipe for cinnamon rolls that works for their dietaries. This recipe happens to fit many different dietaries at once. It is gluten free, dairy free, yeast free, xanthan gum free, nut free and egg free/vegan. Use macadamia or rice milk and a soy free plant based butter to ensure they are also soy free.
Gluten free vegan chocolate mug cake
I am forever and always a mug cake girl and this one suits so many different dietary requirements. It is gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan, nut free and xanthan gum free. Use a good quality dairy free, soy free ice cream to serve.
Gluten free vegan banana cake
This gluten free banana cake recipe is incidentally dairy free/vegan with the lemon sugar icing option. It’s also vegan if you manage to find a good vegan cream cheese without soy. The cake itself is egg free, xanthan gum free and soy free with the right plant based milk. As always, my recommendations are macadamia milk, rice milk or coconut milk (the UHT variety).
