Some meals are harder than others when you’re catering to dietary requirements. In my humble opinion, snacks are one of the harder categories to nail down. Often store bought snacks are one or the other – gluten free or vegan. Today I’m here to help improve your snack game with these gluten free vegan snack recipes.
Gluten free vegan snack recipes
These recipes are all gluten free and vegan or easily made vegan, of course. Being vegan means that they are naturally egg free and dairy free as well. Where possible, I also aim to make recipes that are xanthan gum free and nut free. I include options for corn free and soy free diets where possible.
A lot of the recipes in this list can use either regular yoghurt or vegan yoghurt. Be sure to use vegan yoghurt to keep the recipe both gluten free and vegan.
