I am very much a ‘must have snacks on hand at all times’ sort of girl. Snacks can be more difficult when you have multiple dietary requirements, which is why I like to bring my own. If you’re a fellow snack fan with multiple dietary requirements, allow me to round up my favourite gluten free dairy free snack recipes.
Gluten free dairy free snack recipes
These snack recipes are all gluten free and dairy free, of course. However, there are also plenty of egg free, xanthan gum free, nut free and low FODMAP options. My goal with every recipe is to make them as flexible as possible for people dealing with multiple dietary requirements at once, so I hope you find a recipe you enjoy!

These peanut butter cookies are very much related to the tahini cookies above. They’re just as easy to make and taste like peanut butter heaven. With a dairy free chocolate, they make the perfect gluten free dairy free snack recipe.
Gluten free vegan blueberry muffins
I include this recipe in every roundup that I possibly can and for good reason. These muffins are gluten free and nut free, using only a single flour. They are xanthan gum free, egg free and dairy free, too (which, of course, makes them vegan). More than that? They’re delicious.
