After years of on-and-off testing, I’m super exc After years of on-and-off testing, I’m super excited to share my recipe for gluten free cinnamon scrolls in partnership with @kitchenaidausnz to celebrate their new limited edition Light and Shadow stand mixer. The sand-toned machine and black studded bowl are the stuff this Melbourne uniform gal dreams about. And the scrolls? They’re a gum free, FODMAP friendly white and fluffy dough interspersed with a rich cinnamon and brown sugar swirl. They got the Melbourne dress code memo, too. Recipe is linked in my bio!
