Gluten free vegan blueberry muffins
This muffin recipe is a forever favourite of mine. It makes a smaller batch (which is great for a small household) and is incredibly easy to make. The muffins use a single flour, no xanthan gum and no nuts, yet taste every bit as good as a regular muffin.

A classic gluten free blueberry muffin recipe that is light and fluffy, buttery and delicious.
Buckwheat muffins
These buckwheat muffins are gluten free, nut free and xanthan gum free and use only buckwheat flour. They contain a wholesome mix of Greek yoghurt and eggs and are just sweet enough. A perfect lunchbox treat that you can flavour any way you like.
Gluten free vanilla cupcakes
Are cupcakes muffins? I don’t know, but today they are. These buttery and light cupcakes are one of my favourite little gluten free treats. Chocolate buttercream optional but encouraged.
Gluten free raspberry and white chocolate muffins

Small batch gluten free blueberry muffin

Gluten free carrot banana muffins
I didn’t realise I was a fan of the carrot banana combo until I made these muffins. It’s a wholesome and delicious combination that works so damn well. I like to sprinkle mine with hemp seeds for an extra bit of nutrition.
Gluten free carrot cake muffins
These carrot muffins go down a treat at Easter, but why stop there? They are perfect for a delicious but veggie filled treat all year round.
Gluten free egg free muffins
It can be difficult to bake for multiple dietary requirements at once, which is why I developed these gluten free egg free muffins. They are nut free and xanthan gum free and can easily be made vegan.
Small batch gluten free banana muffins
Ending on an easy note with this little batch of chocolate banana muffins. Like the blueberry version before them, they made 1-2 muffins and can easily be made in the microwave as well.
