I have just finished working on my first gluten free, yeast free e-book. With a bunch of new gluten free yeast free recipes (and more on the way) I wanted to round them up into one place. I absolutely adore all of these recipes and I’m so proud of them. It has taken me years to perfect the quantities and volumes needed for a good yeast free dough, so I really hope you love them.

Of course, these recipes are all gluten free and yeast free. To add to that, though, there are plenty of xanthan gum free, nut free and egg free options. There are plenty of dairy free, vegan and low FODMAP options, too. Something for everyone!

Gluten free bread without yeast
Starting off strong with this delicious and easy loaf of bread. It is xanthan gum free, egg free, nut free and easily dairy free/vegan by using coconut yoghurt instead of Greek Yoghurt. With a lactose free Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, the bread is also low FODMAP.
Buckwheat bread without yeast
My yeast free answer to the OG buckwheat bread recipe, this yeast free buckwheat bread does it all. It is xanthan gum free, nut free, egg free and easily dairy free/vegan with the coconut oil option. Like the bread above, it can also easily be made low FODMAP.
Gluten free yeast free bagels
No recipe roundup is complete without some bagels, in my opinion. This recipe is so easy to whip up and tastes every bit as good as my yeasted bagels. The recipe is is xanthan gum free, nut free. and easily dairy free/vegan with the coconut oil option. With an egg wash substitute, they are also egg free. These bagels are boiled for maximum authenticity and I recommend topping them with my low FODMAP everything bagel seasoning.

Gluten free soft pretzels without yeast
There is just something so addictive about a soft pretzel covered in delicious flaky salt. This recipe has you covered – no yeast required. The magic yoghurt based dough is shaped, boiled and baked for that classic golden crust and flaky salt combination.
These soft pretzels are xanthan gum free, nut free and easily dairy free/vegan. If you use an alternate egg wash they are also egg free because the dough itself doesn’t use eggs.
Gluten free pizza bases without yeast
This recipe has taken me FOREVER to perfect but it turns out to be worth the wait. These pizza bases are so good – light yet chewy, easy to shape and ready to bake in 5-10 minutes.
The dough is xanthan gum free, egg free, nut free and easily dairy free/vegan. If you use lactose free Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, they are also low FODMAP (and perfect with my low FODMAP pizza sauce).

There are many instances where flatbread are a non-negotiable and equally as many where you need them instantly. Enter, these gluten free, yeast flatbread. Easy to whip up, they are xanthan gum free, egg free, easily vegan and low FODMAP. Dare I say, they are dreamy when combined with my low FODMAP vegetarian curry.
Gluten free focaccia without yeast
Oooof, this one is a doozy! I trialled it on a whim while developing the e-book and couldn’t believe how well it worked. A fluffy, airy and chewy focaccia without any yeast at all. This recipe is also xanthan gum free, egg free and easily dairy free/vegan if you use coconut yoghurt (you can’t taste it, I promise).

Some recipes for Aloo Paratha use yeast, which is why this gluten free yeast free version is included in this roundup. It is xanthan gum free, egg free and easily dairy/free vegan. The filling is absolutely delicious and conveniently low FODMAP, too.

I absolutely LOVE this recipe – it happens to be my favourite gluten free cinnamon roll recipe, with or without yeast. They are fluffy, light, perfectly cinnamon scented and delicious with a simple vegan glaze. They are xanthan gum free, egg free and nut free, too.
Gluten free pizza rolls without yeast
Is there anything better than a cheesy, savoury loaded pizza scroll? These are filling, delicious and customisable for dietaries and preferences. The recipe is easily low FODMAP by using lactose free Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt. It is also easily vegan with coconut yoghurt and a good quality plant based melting cheese.
