I am 100% fully and utterly converted to my Ninja Creami. This is (naturally) despite the fact that I debated buying one because I wondered if it would be overrated and underused. Now that I have one, I can confidently say I couldn’t have been more wrong. The Ninja Creami has well and truly earned it’s place on my Kitchen bench; as have these Ninja Creami recipes in my regular rotation.

In this post, I am sharing all of my Ninja Creami recipes so far. Some of them are on my website and others are in my Ninja Creami e-books. Each e-book is dedicated to a different dietary requirement – high protein, low FODMAP, sugar free, etc. Every recipe in this roundup will specify the dietary requirements it caters to.

Decadent Ninja Creami recipes that use cream
These recipes are all designed to replicate a classic ice cream. They use sugar and cream for a rich and delicious creamy taste. Where specified, these ice cream recipes have the option to be made with lactose free milk and cream (not dairy free milk and cream). This gives you the option to make lactose free/low FODMAP ice cream too.

Everybody needs a good vanilla ice cream recipe in their back pocket. This one delivers on flavour, taste and texture and goes with just about anything you want to serve it with.

Ninja Creami cookies and cream ice cream
I have never really had the chance to eat much cookies and cream ice cream as a gluten free diner. When I got my hands on some gluten free Oreos, though, I knew I had to try it. Now I can officially say that I have been missing out – cookies and cream is an elite flavour.
This recipe uses white sugar instead of condensed milk, which makes it an easy ice cream base if you need lactose free ice cream. Use gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies to make it gluten free. Of note: gluten free Oreos contain oat flour, so choose an alternative if that doesn’t work for you.
Ninja Creami chocolate mint chip ice cream
I am forever and always a choc mint girl. This recipe is easy to make and has the perfect balance of mint to chocolate chip. I can personally attest to the fact that it’s impossible to leave a tub untouched in the freezer. Green food dye optional but fun.
Ninja Creami strawberry ice cream
This strawberry ice cream has a full on strawberry flavour that I absolutely adore. It is totally fresh and delicious with an element of creaminess to round it out. This ice cream is easily made lactose free or vegan.

A little sweet treat that also contains caffeine? Sign me right up. This easy coffee flavoured Ninja Creami has the dream texture and only takes 5 minutes to make.

This strawberry ice cream recipe uses cottage cheese as the creamy base and for a little extra protein boost. I don’t want to over hype the combination, but it has a mild strawberry cheesecake flavour to me. Another bonus? The combination of whey protein and cottage cheese makes a light and fluffy ice cream if it is processed enough times. Think mousse crossed with ice cream.

This vanilla ice cream has two options: protein yoghurt for an extra boost, or milk and xanthan gum for a lower calorie, more authentic vanilla flavour. You can easily make this gluten free with gluten free Oreos or my gluten free chocolate sandwich biscuits.

Having a jar of peanut butter lying around is dangerous at my house because I simply can’t resist. It was inevitable, then, that I developed this protein peanut butter ice cream. It uses maple syrup for sweetness and makes the most perfectly creamy ice cream.

Yes, high protein sorbet! While it looks more like an ice cream than a sorbet, I promise the flavour is all there. You’d barely know you were getting your protein in! This recipe is guaranteed to be my go-to this summer.

Okay, this flavour combination though? Incredible. I personally like the crunch from the seeds, but you can just use the pulp if you prefer. If you do, double the passionfruit from 100g to 200g.

High protein ice cream that is essentially my morning coffee in a tub? Sign me right up. This recipe uses fresh espresso and maple syrup which combine to create a gently sweet and perfectly coffee flavoured ice cream. Heaven!
