For the Ninja Creami banana ice cream:
- 250g ripe banana, chopped or mashed (you can use fresh or frozen, but you will need to defrost the frozen banana first)
- 200g thickened cream (35% fat content)
- 75g sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk or any other product)
Optional ingredients:
- 1 dash vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 tiny pinch fine salt
Combine the ingredients in your 470ml Ninja Creami tub. Add optional ingredients if you are using them. Stir thoroughly to mix everything together.
Freeze the tub with the lid off for 16-24 hours.
When ready to consume, process the ice cream on the ice cream function. I found that this ice cream benefitted from 1 re-spin.
Return any leftovers to the freezer with the lid on. Allow them to soften on the bench before consuming.
