Introducing my new cookbook, Intolerance Friendly Kitchen, which is now available for preorder and out on March 16! There are over 100 gluten free and FODMAP friendly recipes, including gluten free croissants (+ a sourdough version) puff pastry, egg noodles, sourdough breads, dumpling wrappers, roti, scallion pancakes, empanadas and more. I’ve tried to cater to as many allergies and intolerances as possible, so there are lots of egg free, vegan, nut free and gum free options in there too. After years of on-and-off testing, I’m super excited to share my recipe for gluten free cinnamon scrolls in partnership with @kitchenaidausnz to celebrate their new limited edition Light and Shadow stand mixer. The sand-toned machine and black studded bowl are the stuff this Melbourne uniform gal dreams about. And the scrolls? They’re a gum free, FODMAP friendly white and fluffy dough interspersed with a rich cinnamon and brown sugar swirl. They got the Melbourne dress code memo, too. Recipe is linked in my bio!

There's a new recipe up tonight for this gluten free banoffee cake to celebrate the launch of @kitchenaidausnz’s new limited edition Light and Shadow stand mixer. Or, as I like to call it: my new kitchen centrepiece. The sand coloured machine and black studded bowl not only elevate my kitchen, but they make whipping up a layer cake easy and breezy.
